How a reservation works
No small print — this is all of it.
- The reservation is €100 and comes off the total.
- The rest is paid after the tour.
- If we cancel because the weather is unsuitable, we arrange a new time. If your stay ends before we can sail, the full €100 is refunded.
- If you cancel, the €100 is not refunded.
What guests ask us most
What happens if the weather turns?
If the weather is unsuitable we do not go out; we arrange a new time instead. And if your stay ends before we can sail, the full €100 reservation comes back to you.
How do I reserve, and when do I pay?
€100 holds your date and comes off the total. You pay the rest after the tour. If you cancel, the reservation is not refunded.
What is included in the price?
Fuel and two crew members are included in every experience. Anything beyond that we agree through your enquiry, based on what you have planned.
Will we see dolphins?
We see dolphins on most evenings, but they are wild animals and we can never promise them. If they stay away, the panoramic evening cruise runs as planned and the price stays the same.
Where do we board?
Boarding is in Poreč. We confirm the exact boarding point with your reservation, along with the time to arrive.
What languages does the crew speak?
The crew speaks German, English and Italian.
